Do you use your own cleaning supplies?

How do I pay for the cleaning service?
Payment is accepted on the day of each visit. All of our first time cleanings must be paid in cash. Thereafter, we can accept cash, or checks. When paying by cash or check, most clients find it convenient to leave payment on the kitchen table.
Are references available?
Verbal references from clients can be available upon request.
Do I need to be home?
90% of our customers are not home when we clean their homes. We keep detailed information about each client's home regarding pets, access, and alarm codes as well as any special instructions. If you prefer to be home, we will schedule a time that is mutually convenient.
If you like you can give us a key, hide a key, give us a code to the garage door if you have a keypad outside or, make sure that someone is home when we arrive.
Do I have to sign any contract for your cleaning service?
No.
What if I am unhappy with the service you provide?
If you are unhappy then so are we. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can rectify the situation. All our cleans are guaranteed. We can do this because we make quality a priority. With every clean you have an opportunity to complete a feed-back commentary sheet to help us improve the level of service we provide for you on our next visit. How long does it take to clean?
All houses, offices and cottages have different layers of cleanliness. Some are cleaner then others. Estimates
What if I have to cancel my appointment?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please provide at least 24 hours notice for all cancelled appointments. We do take into account and understand that there are things out of our control. Please call us as soon as possible. Also, when flu and cold season is upon us or any other form of a contagious virus is present in your home, we will gladly reschedule your home cleaning. Don't forget we're working in other homes and with in the community!
